Try f.lux to reduce eye strain while coding late into the night

Here’s a handy little utility for programmers (and anyone who uses a computer)

F.lux is a free tool for that gently adjusts your display’s colour temperature as it gets darker based on where you are in the world, this reduces eye strain considerably when on your computer late at night! Check it out, its a free download and cross platform, available on Windows, Mac and Linux, as well as jailbroken iPhone/iPads.
